Refund and Returns Policy

It’s important to me that you are happy with your order. I will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery. I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

CONDITIONS:
Refunds will generally only be offered in instances when damages were incurred to the item or it was displaced by the delivery service, or if the wrong item was received.
For original works of art, buyers may return the item for any reason, however, buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to shipper’s error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your returned item has been received. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for processing.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES:
Original artworks are irreplaceable. Only reproducible items can be replaced, such a print, if it is damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email your request to sherriemiller@gmail.com.

SHIPPING RETURNS:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address provided in your emailed instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Receipt of returns and exchanges is otherwise not guaranteed.
